Balance Your Life
We promote a healthy balance between your personal and professional life, offering flexible work schedules, limited travel
outside of the Madison area, and a benefits package that provides for paid time off.
We offer flexibility in work schedules, including compressed summer hours.
Most of our audit work is at state agencies in the Madison area. Employees may occasionally travel to complete audits outside the
Madison area, such as the regular audits of University of Wisconsin campuses, but travel overall is limited, which allows you to
enjoy living in the Madison area.
Throughout the year, we encourage all staff to participate in social events such as potlucks, an annual
chili cook-off contest, and evening sporting events. We also provide staff the opportunity to join in charitable activities such
as food drives for the local pantries or building a home with Habitat for Humanity.
