With the enactment of 2005 Wisconsin Acts 14, 113, and 263, Wisconsin
put into place laws regulating sale of pseudoephedrine and other
substances (Act 14), manufacturing methamphetamine in the presence of a
child (Act 113), and possession of paraphernalia in presence of a minor
(Act 263). The focus of this bibliography is to present a selection of
background information, programs in other states, educational materials,
and other resources used nationwide to fight the meth epidemic. Both
